Today... is "Murph" A WOD named after a soldier that was killed in the line of duty, protecting his fellow soldier's, friend's and freedom.

I want to say thank you to everyone who completed “Murph” on Wednesday. Every time we do this wod I stand a little taller, feel a little stronger and know I am better at everything because of it. Murph your story is one of the most honorable of it’s kind. May your family be blessed this Xmas knowing you have left behind a tradition of heroism that will continue for generations. Like the Mya Indians before us. My son will become a man when he can complete this. For those of you… Bryon, B.K, B.G, and Jeff.B who put on that #20 vest knowing your time was going to be slower, your pull ups harder and the last mile longer. Thank you.
