Great workout today!! I maxed out at 105 on shoulder press which is a PR and I guess a gym record!! I felt so pumped and encouraged by everyone there!! Thank you!! I am ready for more!!

Awesome strength day today. I witnessed a few P.R’s. Marc #140, Hallie #105, B.G #165. Dont forget to get at least one strength day in a week.

Fun workout and two new P.R’s – Strict shoulder press at 140# and push press at 185#. Kinda made my whole day!
