I don’t know how many times or in how many different ways I can say this, but you guys ROCK and I LUVS YOU.
It is impossible to describe the feeling of pushing through a workout that I honestly did not think I could do (150, 45 pound kettlebell swings! 45 pounds because coach Luke told me to do them), and at the end, when i was digging to get done, having no less than 10 of you standing there cheering me on, screaming at me, supporting, helping… I finished the workout and looked up and saw this CROWD clapping..
This is so sappy but honestly.. it is beyond awesome. There is so much support for each of us to do our best. It’s not about any one of us, it’s about all of us… xFit Scottsdale simply and totally ROCKS.

I cant agree more Eileen. We are so glad to have you on the Team and training with us for the CrossFit Games. That WOD was no joke. I saw it on the leader board last weekend at LaLanne Fitness in San Francisco. Tonight was one of my Top 5 ever and I think I found my new favorite class to take. 6pm with B.K tonight was his 1st official class as a Coach @ CFS. He was on FIRE and it showed. Teaching the Burgener warm up is no easy task. Especially when we had a suprise drop in from CrossFit H.Q. This affiliations Top Dog and Attorney Dale who was in town looking at digs and will be joining our team in July. Congrats to everyone who became an “ANIMAL” today.
