This picture made me smile. Parents introducing thier children to fitness in such a positive way always pays off large dividends. I introduced my four kids to fitness until they now as adults have far surpassed me. My youngest duaghter is the one who just recently introduced me to CrossFit. She will be competing for her gym in Valley Park, MO come July at The Nationals for CrossFit in CA. Our healthy kids bring us great joy don’t they? All good.
