Four weeks of chasing weaknesses paid off in a big way today as 47 athletes attacked the Chipper Challenge event with confidence and intensity. From the first 700m row to the last handstand push up, the strength and skill of our students was on display for all to see&#8230; and there were plenty of people watching. Friends, family, fellow students and even a few members of the Moon Valley swim team lined the outside of the course and filled the seats and benches. There was cheering, coaching, and even a little smack talking. In the end, 9 winners were crowned and one lucky coach finally meeting Pukie. Congratulations to our Matt B, Mel, Mark V, Maria P, Ryan M, Jenn &#8220;the Situation&#8221; D, Mike W, Kim B, and Lindsay B. You are all proof that hard work pays off.</p>

Discover hidden power behind the techniques and cues to understand the why, how and when of CrossFit WODS (2-4pm). WE ARE LIMITING THIS EVENT TO 20x STUDENTS ONLY. Sign ups will open at 8am on Saturday. The 2x hour Fundamentals course is $45. The 2x hour specialty skill course is $45 or both for $75.</p>

We have all of our regularly scheduled classes - 8am, 12pm, 5pm, &amp; 6pm. If you have any friends or family who are police officers, fire fighters, or military personnel please invite them to join you in class tomorrow so that we can personally thank them for making this country a great place to live. We hope you had a safe and enjoyable 4th of July and we hope to see you in class today!</em></p>

<p><strong>WOD:</strong> Teams of 2, only one person can work at a time<br />
2K meter row (partner must hold squat on wall while partner rows)<br />
100 knees to bows<br />
100 wall balls<br />
100 burpee long jumps<br />
100 push-ups<br />
100 walking OH lunges (10-45# plate)</p>
<p>* On all exercises, except the row, partner must do 10 air squats before rotating back in.</p>
